The FEAT Advocacy Program will help parents secure a special needs advocate to attend school district meetings. FEAT will provide a $100 scholarship to the approved special education advocate of your choice. The advocate will assist families during an IEP, MDT, BIP and 504 plan meetings. |
Families that have a child diagnosed with autism may apply. Families must be able to provide documentation of the autism diagnosis. This program is for families unable to afford advocacy services. This scholarship is based on funding. Not all who apply will be granted a scholarship. |
We regret to inform you that our Advocate Program is temporarily unavailable due to a lack of sustained funding. This decision was not made lightly, as we understand the critical role this program plays in supporting families and individuals. We are actively exploring funding opportunities to reinstate this valuable service as soon as possible. In the meantime, we encourage you to explore our other available resources and services on our website listed under Advocacy & Law HERE. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. |
