2015 FEAT / Sport Social Scholarship Program:

This scholarship provides funding for children to attend Sport Social. Funds may be used for any Sport Social Services.

Application Dates:

Quarter 1 - January 1st - March 31st 2015 (Applications due by Febuary 13th) 
Quarter 2 - April 1st - June 30th 2014 (Applications due by May 15th) 
Quarter 3 - July 1st - September 30th 2014 (Applications due by August 14th) 
Quarter 4 - October 1st - December 31st 2014 (Applications due by November 13th) 



FEAT Educational Advocacy Support Application
(2014-2015 school year)

The FEAT Educational Advocacy Support Program is designed to provide families who need, but cannot afford an advocate to help with school district meetings.
Please Note:
  1. You must complete this application 2 weeks prior to your scheduled IEP for the application to be processed.
  2. If your application has not been approved by a FEAT representative then the parent is responsible for the payment to the advocate.
  3. Application approval does not guarantee advocate attendance due to conflicts of scheduling or issues determined by the advocate.
  4. All completed applications and proof of autism (front page of an old IEP or a one page diagnosis letter from your child's physician) can be emailed to:
